Cookie Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies and similar technologies the Aethra Travel website (www.aethratravel.gr) uses, why, and how you can change your choices at any time. It complements our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser, work in a similar way. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.

Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies). Others are set by third-party services that we use on the website (third-party cookies).

2. How we ask for your consent

When you first visit the website, our cookie consent tool (ZeroComplexity) asks for your choice. The tool is provided by ZeroComplexity, a sole proprietorship based in Athens 173 43, Greece (VAT no. 154957212), which acts as our processor. Only strictly necessary cookies are used without your consent. All other categories stay off until you accept them, and you can accept or reject each category separately.

We also use Google Consent Mode v2. Before any other tag runs, our consent tool sets every storage type to “denied” (except security storage), and keeps them denied until you accept a category. Until you accept Statistics, Google Analytics does not set or read cookies; it may only send cookieless measurements that store nothing on your device.

Your choice is stored in the zc_consent cookie on your device. A record of it (a random consent ID, your choices, the policy version, the time, the language, the page path, the country and a browser/operating-system summary, without your IP address) is kept by ZeroComplexity on our behalf on Cloudflare infrastructure in the EU for 25 months, as proof of consent.
